Orders & Preparation

What is the cutoff time for same-day preparation?
Orders placed before 12 PM are prepared the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be prepared the following business day. Our team requires a few hours to prepare and package fresh meat according to your selected cut preferences.

Is your meat prepared fresh or pre-packaged?
All of our halal meat is prepared fresh in-store. We do not pre-pack meat for online orders. Each order is cut and prepared based on your selected preferences.

Can I choose how my meat is cut?
Yes. You can select your preferred cut options when placing your order. Our team prepares meat according to your specifications whenever possible.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled before preparation begins. Once fresh meat preparation has started, cancellations are not permitted.


Delivery & Pickup

Where do you deliver?
We offer halal meat and grocery delivery across Mississauga. Extended delivery options are available across Ontario through our courier partner.

When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 12 PM are prepared the same day. Delivery is typically scheduled for the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes. A minimum order amount applies to delivery orders to maintain quality and efficiency. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for full details.

Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes. Customers may select in-store pickup during business hours at either of our Mississauga locations.


Halal & Quality

Is your meat halal certified?
Yes. All of our meat is sourced from halal-certified local suppliers. We follow proper halal standards and proudly serve the Mississauga community with confidence.

Where is your meat sourced from?
Our meat is sourced from local halal-certified suppliers in Toronto and prepared fresh in-store daily.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the quality?
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your fresh meat or produce, please contact us with a photo of the product. We offer replacement or in-store credit in accordance with our freshness guarantee.


Returns & Substitutions

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on fresh meat once it has been handled or consumed. Replacement or in-store credit may be provided based on the situation. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater quality. If you prefer no substitutions, please indicate this at checkout.

What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue in-store credit as appropriate. Incorrect items must be returned.


Restaurant & Bulk Orders

Do you supply halal meat to restaurants?
Yes. We supply fresh halal meat to restaurants and food businesses in Mississauga. Please visit our Restaurant Halal Meat Supplier page or contact us to request a quote.
