We offer local delivery across Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area.Β 

  • Orders placed before 12 PM are prepared the same day.

  • Next business day delivery .

  • A minimum order amount applies to delivery orders.

Extended Delivery Across Ontario

We offer extended shipping across Ontario through our courier partner.

  • Flat shipping rate applies.

  • Orders are shipped the next business day.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.

Order Preparation & Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 12 PM are prepared the same day.

Our team requires a few hours to prepare and package fresh meat according to your selected cut preferences.

Orders placed after 12 PM will be prepared the following business day.


Minimum Order Requirement

To maintain quality and efficient delivery operations, a minimum order amount applies.

Our goal is to maintain an average order value of $100 for delivery orders.

Please ensure your cart meets the minimum requirement before checkout.


Substitution Policy

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater quality.

If you prefer no substitutions, please indicate this in your order notes at checkout.

All meat is sourced from halal-certified local suppliers and prepared fresh in-store.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product:

  • Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe.

  • A photo of the product may be required.

  • We offer replacement or in-store credit in accordance with our freshness guarantee.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue in-store credit as appropriate. Incorrect items must be returned.
